All users must treat others with respect and courtesy. Harassment, abuse, hate speech, racism, or discrimination is strictly prohibited.
Spamming, flooding, mass tagging, and unsolicited advertisements are not allowed.
Posting or linking to illegal, obscene, defamatory, adult/shock, or otherwise inappropriate content is forbidden.
Do not engage in or promote fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
Do not attempt to manipulate upvotes, reviews, vouches, or reputation systems.
Do not post personal information of others without explicit consent (doxxing).
Do not circumvent bans, suspensions, or other moderation actions (ban evasion / character evasion).
Do not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical flaws. Report any such issues immediately.
Do not use automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized bump services.
Do not discuss or facilitate black-hat activity (including hacking, fraud, phishing, leaking personal information, malware, or account theft).

3. Content Guidelines

All content must be relevant to the forum section and topic.
Posts must be clear, constructive, and free of excessive formatting or disruptive elements.
Do not post duplicate content or cross-post the same message in multiple sections.
Do not use misleading thread titles.
All external links must be safe, relevant, and not lead to malicious or inappropriate sites.
Do not post copyrighted material without proper authorization or attribution.
All user-generated content remains the responsibility of the posting user.
Z10 Market reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict any content at its sole discretion.

4. Marketplace & Transaction Rules

All listings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, stolen property, maliciously/illegally obtained assets, and items violating intellectual property rights.
All transactions should be conducted through approved Z10 Market channels. Off-platform transactions are at the user's own risk.
Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and as described. Buyers must make payments in accordance with agreed terms.
Chargebacks, payment fraud, or manipulation of payment systems are strictly prohibited.
Z10 Market may hold, delay, or reverse payments in cases of suspected fraud, disputes, or policy violations where legally permitted.
All fees, commissions, and payment terms are subject to the current Z10 Market fee schedule.
Users must not solicit or accept bribes, kickbacks, or other improper payments.
All disputes must be reported and handled through the official dispute resolution process.
Staff will not refund deals. Deals are always at your own risk.

5. Dispute Resolution & Moderation

Moderators and administrators may enforce these rules through warnings, suspensions, bans, and content removal.
All users must comply with moderator instructions and requests for information.
Disputes between users should first be addressed through private communication or the official dispute section.
If a resolution cannot be reached, users may escalate to Z10 Market administration.
Abuse of the report/dispute system (false or bad-faith claims) is prohibited.
Staff assistance in disputes requires sufficient evidence.
Do not contact staff directly for deal disputes; use the designated dispute section.
All decisions by Z10 Market administration are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Do not attempt phishing, account theft, or harming/turboing member accounts/usernames.
Report vulnerabilities and suspicious activities immediately.
Z10 Market may apply technical controls such as IP blocking, rate limiting, and automated monitoring.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Z10 Market are owned by their respective owners.
Users grant Z10 Market a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display posted content for platform operations.
Do not post, share, or sell content that infringes third-party rights.
Copyright holders may report infringements for review and action.

9. Groups, Messaging, and Communication

Group and private messaging features must be used in accordance with all forum rules.
Do not use messaging to harass, threaten, scam, or solicit prohibited transactions.
Mass messaging, spam, and unsolicited promotions are not allowed.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform.

11. Enforcement & Liability

Violations may result in content removal, warning points, account suspension, permanent termination, and/or legal action.
Z10 Market is not liable for user-generated content, user-to-user transactions, or interactions between users beyond mandatory legal obligations.
Users are solely responsible for their actions and consequences.
Z10 Market reserves all rights to protect its users, infrastructure, and legal interests.

Do not offer bump services or unauthorized middleman services unless you are in the approved trusted/staff/admin group.
Do not misuse vouch/reputation systems (fake vouches, rep-for-rep, rep trading, invalid reputation).
Do not proxy-sell for banned members.
Do not ask for loans (money/accounts) unless explicitly allowed by official policy.
Do not advertise or discuss competitor forum sites where prohibited by policy.
Do not post tools/programs outside designated categories.
Do not attempt to infect, phish, scam, or hack members.
Do not discuss harming platform infrastructure, services, or users.

15. Important Notices

You agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy/Legal Policy.
All prohibited/black-hat activities listed in policy pages are forbidden.
Z10 Market is not responsible for on-site or off-site deals; use extreme caution.
Members using multiple accounts may have all related accounts closed.
Staff support in disputes depends on available and sufficient evidence.
