Do not use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without explicit permission.
Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Do not engage in or facilitate any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, hacking, or distribution of illicit goods.
Do not impersonate staff, moderators, or other users.
Do not post false or misleading information regarding products, services, or transactions.
Do not attempt to bypass or interfere with site security measures.

3. Content Guidelines

All content must be relevant to the forum section and topic.
Posts must be clear, constructive, and free of excessive formatting or disruptive elements.
Do not post duplicate content or cross-post the same message in multiple sections.
All external links must be safe, relevant, and not lead to malicious or inappropriate sites.
Do not post copyrighted material without proper authorization or attribution.
All user-generated content remains the responsibility of the posting user.
Z10 Market reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict any content at its sole discretion.

4. Marketplace & Transaction Rules

All listings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: illegal goods, counterfeit products, stolen property, and items violating intellectual property rights.
All transactions must be conducted through approved Z10 Market channels. Off-platform transactions are not supported and are at the user's own risk.
Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and as described. Buyers must make payments in accordance with agreed terms.
Chargebacks, payment fraud, or manipulation of payment systems are strictly prohibited.
Z10 Market may hold, delay, or reverse payments in cases of suspected fraud, disputes, or policy violations.
All fees, commissions, and payment terms are subject to the current Z10 Market fee schedule.
Users must not solicit or accept bribes, kickbacks, or other improper payments.
All disputes must be reported and handled through the official dispute resolution process.

5. Dispute Resolution & Moderation

Moderators and administrators have the authority to enforce these rules and take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, bans, and content removal.
All users must comply with moderator instructions and requests for information.
Disputes between users should first be addressed through private messaging or the official dispute resolution system.
If a resolution cannot be reached, users may escalate the matter to Z10 Market administration.
All decisions by Z10 Market administration are final and binding.
