Membership and Terms of Use Agreement

This Membership and Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") governs the access to and use of the Z10 Market Digital LTD Company platform ("Platform", "Service", "Website") by all users, including but not limited to visitors, registered members, administrators, moderators, middlemen, sellers, buyers, technical staff, third parties, payment providers, API users, child users, premium members, group managers, and any other parties interacting with the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, all applicable laws, and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

  • API User: Any party accessing Platform data or services via API.

3. Account Registration and Membership

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities under their account.
  • Accounts are non-transferable and may be suspended or terminated for violations.
  • Child users require parental consent and are subject to additional restrictions.

  • APIs for third-party integrations, subject to separate API terms.
  • Dynamic content, multi-language support, and real-time updates.
  • Rate limiting, caching, and performance optimizations for service stability.

6. Security and Privacy

  • We implement industry-standard security measures, including 2FA, encryption, and regular audits.
  • Users must not attempt to bypass security controls or access unauthorized data.
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR, KVKK, and other applicable data protection laws.
  • Data retention, backup, and deletion policies are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and Transactions

  • All payments are processed via integrated payment providers and may include blockchain-based options.
  • Middleman services are available for secure transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Fees, commissions, and refund policies are disclosed prior to each transaction.
  • Disputes are resolved through the Platform’s dispute resolution process.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

10. Notifications and Communication

  • Official communications are deemed delivered when sent to the registered contact information.

11. Technical Support, Maintenance, and Updates

12. Data Protection and Privacy

14. Liability, Indemnification, and Disclaimers

  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Z10 Market Digital LTD Company is registered.
  • Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
